RESERVATIONS
For reservations, please call 888-525-1787. Please identify yourselves as part of the Imaging Workshops of Colorado and reference Group Code #: BC1IMA . Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit is refundable, less a $30 processing fee, if the Lodge receives notice of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellation inside of 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of deposit. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room, surcharge and tax charges for the length of your stay, plus the anticipated use of the Lodge’s ancillary services.
